Shop Policies

We accept money orders, personal checks and credit cards through Direct Checkout at our shop ReClecticDesignsInc on Etsy. If you decide to use a personal check or money order, please point to the "Reserve" button next to each item and send us an email indicating you'd like to place the item(s) on hold. Items purchased using a personal check or money order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

PAYMENT

We only ship to addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. We make every attempt to ship your purchase via Fedex Ground within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

If local delivery, expedited delivery or a different shipping method is desired, please contact us prior to making a purchase to discuss shipping costs.

We are an eco-friendly company and try to use recycled shipping materials whenever possible. Prices reflected do not include shipping costs. Please contact us to find out the shipping charges that will be added.

SHIPPING

All of our pieces are designed using a combination of new, upcycled, reclaimed or repurposed material, gently used furnishings, vintage and/or architectural salvage. As such, all items offered are sold "as is". We do not offer returns, refunds, warranties or guarantees of any type.

If you feel we have grossly misrepresented an item, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item to discuss your concerns. Should such a case arise and a return/refund is the agreed-upon resolution, the original purchase price, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed upon receipt of the returned item. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Please read the item description and check measurements carefully before making your purchase. We provide multiple pictures of the actual item in order to provide a clear representation of the item.
